About this course:
Hermitage Golf Club offers a welcoming golfing atmosphere and a strong sense of character and heritage. The course is an 18-hole layout, par 72, with the option to play shorter nine-hole formats as well. Its name is tied to local folklore, including a chase near the Hermit’s Cell overlooking the River Liffey, beyond the summer 10th green, while lime trees linked to the legend still stand near the 11th and 12th.
Competition is an important part of club life, with events such as the PGA Tankard, the Mens & Ladies Scratch Cup, and the Mixed Singles Invitational Open, alongside regular men’s and ladies’ competitions and scratch cups. Group and corporate outings are also supported on selected days.
