About this course:
Goring & Streatley Golf Club, founded in 1895, is an 18-hole par 71 course designed by Harry Colt and JH Taylor. Located in West Berkshire's outstanding natural beauty area, it offers panoramic views over the Thames Valley, the Ridgeway, and the River Thames. The freely draining chalkland provides a pleasant playing course, often drier in winter and lush fairways and approaches in summer. The rolling terrain, mature woodland, and strategically placed bunkers give the course a clear strategic character. The greens are known for being fast and true, excellently maintained year-round. Extensive facilities for long game, short game, and putting are available, and the clubhouse welcomes visitors and members warmly.
