About this course:
Golfplatz Haxterhöhe Links is an 18-hole, par 71 course designed by Achim Reinmuth of Städler Golf Courses and shaped by Conor J Walsh. The course lies in a rolling, dune-like landscape with sparse vegetation, flint obstacles, and a distinct wind influence typical of the Paderborn plateau. The design combines classic dune features with the high plateau south of Paderborn, demanding tactical play and precise ball flight. With five par-3s, nine par-4s, and four par-5s, emphasis is on straight shots and smart choices. The 121 bunkers, limestone surfaces, and large greens require precision, especially due to specific local rules around limestone and oak edges in bunkers. Additionally, the course offers a 9-hole layout and a universal golf entrance towards the Golf Academy & Driving Range.
