Zittend 19 1617 KS Westwoud
Golfbaan Westwoud is an 18-hole, par 71 championship course stretching over 5,900 metres, with two very different nines that give the round plenty of variety. The front nine unfolds in the open, water-rich West Frisian landscape, while the back nine moves through a more undulating setting with many trees. With three par 3s, the course rewards thoughtful play and accurate tee shots, offering a satisfying challenge for both beginning and experienced golfers. Originally laid out in 1985 by Gerard Jol and extended to 18 holes in 2005, Westwoud combines a strong sporting focus with a welcoming club atmosphere. After the round, Brasserie Westwoud overlooks hole 18, and the club also offers practice facilities and a TrackMan Driving Range. Its PGA Holland-recognised golf school and the course record of 61 by Dylan Boshart during the Dutch Junior Masters add to its golfing appeal.
