About this course:
Golf Sport Gahlenz e.V. is an 18-hole golf course at the foot of the Erzgebirge, set in hilly terrain with views of Augustusburg. The course features frequent uphill and downhill play on sloped ground. Its open, elevated location often brings wind into play, while contoured greens, bunkers, and ditches add extra challenge. The 18 holes are split into two sections: the Clubhouse Course (holes 1-9) offers varied play with short and long holes, and the Parkland Course (holes 10-18) is more athletic, demanding length and sharper decisions. Practice facilities include a driving range and areas for coaching, group lessons, and training camps.
