About this course:
Golf Club Castrop-Rauxel e.V. in Frohlinde is a 27-hole golf course in the Ruhr area with three varied 9-hole loops: Barbachtal, Frohlinde, and Wollental. The course combines challenging design with well-maintained fairways and a natural, idyllic setting, giving each round its own character. Flexible choice of 9 holes keeps variety high for both competitive golfers and club players. The club offers extensive practice facilities, including a driving range with twelve covered, heated tees, extra mats, a large grass area, training bunkers, a putting green, and a ball machine. From the spacious sunny terrace of the clubhouse, you have views over the 27-hole layout to Wollental. The PGA Golf School is also available for individual and group lessons and local certification courses.
