About this course:
Golf-Club am Sachsenwald is located in nature near the Sachsenwald, about 30 minutes east of Hamburg center. The 18-hole championship course is par 72 on gently rolling terrain with creeks, ponds, biotopes, bunkers, and roughs shaping play. The sloping greens require strategic play, while long fairways allow for drivers and scenic views over the Sachsenwald. Besides the main course, the club has a 6-hole short course for beginners and experienced players, plus ample practice areas for chipping, pitching, bunker shots, and putting. Founded in 1985, the club has held annual championships since 1989.
