About this course:

Gleddoch Golf and Spa Resort is an 18-hole championship course designed by J. Hamilton Stutt in 1974. Located on a vast 360-acre estate near Glasgow, it offers expansive views over the Clyde Estuary and surroundings. Originally a 9-hole layout, it expanded to a full 18 holes with the addition of 'the top half'. The course is both challenging and accessible, suitable for scratch golfers and those seeking a relaxed round. The course's history adds prestige: Brian Barnes played at its 1975 opening, the 1980 Ladies European Tour Carlsberg Open was held here with amateur Wilma Aitken winning, and Severiano Ballesteros visited in 1985 for a corporate day. Facilities include a 16-bay driving range, pro shop, academy coaching, and custom fitting by PGA professionals.
