The gently rolling layout alternates open plains with wooded areas. Water hazards and strategically placed bunkers add challenge, while medium-sized greens with notable slopes reward precise play. Several short par 4s and par 5s make it appealing for various playing styles, including long hitters aiming to finish in two shots. Training facilities include a 56-station practice range (36 covered), a putting green, multi-level approach area, and a practice bunker.
