About this course:
Flempton Golf Club, founded in 1895, is set in Suffolk near Lackford Lakes Nature Reserve and Bury St Edmunds. This 9-hole heathland course on gently rolling sandy terrain offers a distinct inland links feel and year-round playability. Its clover leaf design brings you back to the clubhouse every three holes. Redesigned by J.H. Taylor in 1906 after land expansion, much of its character remains. Fast, rolling greens challenge players, highlighted by a drivable 7th hole and a tough finishing Par 3 often seen as the hardest. The club is known for its traditional atmosphere and warm welcome.
