About this course:
Empordà Golf Resort in the Costa Brava brings together two distinct 18-hole courses: Empordà Dunes and Empordà Forest. Dunes, par 71, offers an open, links-like setting with broad, fast, subtly undulating greens, strategic bunkers and lakes that keep accuracy in focus. Forest, par 72, winds through old pines with tighter fairways, elevated greens, thoughtful bunkering and small water features, creating a more intimate and sheltered round that rewards concentration.
The resort’s golfing identity dates back to 1990, while the golf resort itself opened in 2006. Designed by Robert von Hagge, with Rick Baril contributing to the golf experience, Empordà combines strategic play, natural surroundings and a varied challenge across both courses. Golf Lab, pro-shop service and club rental complete the experience.
