El Camino Country Club is a private golf course in Oceanside, California, established in 1958. Designed by William H. Johnson, it follows an old-style philosophy preserving the natural terrain. The par-72 championship layout spans 6,840 yards with undulating Kikuyu fairways, Bermuda tees, and greens framed by tall eucalyptus and Monterey pines. The course offers a tough challenge with deep roughs, over 60 strategically placed bunkers, and scattered lakes. Since its early years, El Camino Country Club has built a reputation as a challenging tournament venue, hosting PGA and LPGA qualifiers and the Southern California Senior PGA Championship.
