Echo Valley Drive 3150, 50211 Norwalk
Echo Valley Country Club is a private golf club in Norwalk, near Des Moines. The 27-hole course lies in the rolling hills of central Iowa and consists of the Vale, Creek, and Ridge. Designer Rick Robbins (Robbins & Associates International) shaped the course with much variety and play enjoyment for different levels, partly thanks to five tee sets per hole. The club was founded in 1969 by E.C. “Eddie” Coppola and Hy Diamond and has a strong club spirit. In 2013, Echo Valley was named Course of the Year by the Iowa Golf Association. The practice facilities are extensive, including a 22,000 m² practice green, wedge facility, double driving range, and chipping and pitching greens.
