Eaglescliffe Golf Course is scenic by the River Tees, with the Cleveland Hills as backdrop. This 18-hole James Braid course combines rolling terrain with challenging greens, requiring accuracy and tactical play. Features include rolling terrain, sloping greens, dog-legs, bunkers, and water hazards. Highlights are the Par 5 14th hole, where the tee shot crosses a bend in the River Tees, and the Par 3 17th, a downhill shot of about 170 yards over a pond. Founded in 1914, the club's history is evident. After your round, enjoy views over the course from the clubhouse, where the long golfing tradition is strongly felt.
