About this course:
Dunstanburgh Castle Golf Course is a traditional 18-hole links course at Embleton Bay, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The course winds along the coast and back, featuring bunkers, gorse, and the ever-changing wind as key challenges. Many holes incorporate the sea into their character, leading you towards the ruins of the 14th-century Dunstanburgh Castle. Designed by James Braid, it offers a true links test. Thanks to well-draining links soil, the course remains playable in variable weather, with year-round greens. Par 70 from White and Yellow tees (SSS 71/70), Par 73 from Red tees (SSS 74).
