36991 Isla de La Toja, Pontevedra, Spanje
Real Club de Golf La Toja is a nine-hole course on a small island in the Ría de Arousa in Galicia, beautifully integrated into its coastal setting. Designed in 1976 by Ramón Espinosa García-Bermúdez, the layout follows the natural terrain with minimal earthmoving, creating a technical and enjoyable round that feels closely tied to its surroundings. Though not long and with little elevation change, the course still offers a real test for golfers of every level. Water plays a constant role, while wind and tidal shifts add extra character to each round. One of the most memorable holes is the short par-3 5, Punta Cabreira. Founded in 1968, the club also has a strong tournament tradition, including the amateur Copa de Oro Conde de Fenosa, held since 1975.
