Chedoke Civic Golf Course has two 18-hole courses in a scenic parkland setting along the Niagara Escarpment: Beddoe and Martin. Established in 1896 as Hamilton Golf Club, it was renamed in 1924. The Martin Course is a par-70 with roots from 1896, while the Beddoe Course, designed by Stanley Thompson, opened fully in 1951. Beddoe is known for its atmospheric location beneath the Escarpment and challenging layout, making Chedoke a favored spot for golfers who appreciate variety, history, and character.
