Bass Rocks Golf Club is an 18-hole links course on the Atlantic coast, designed by Herbert Leeds in 1896. With a par of 69 (71 for women), it demands precise play in changing sea winds. Nearly every hole offers sea views, while chocolate drop mounds, fast rolling greens, and long fescue areas provide a challenging and varied character. The bent/poa greens are fast, firm, and undulating, making flag position extra important. Bass Rocks also features a practice facility and a modern clubhouse with dining. The club hosted the MGA Junior Championship in 1996 and has held local MGA/WGAM qualifiers over the years.
