Is this suggested description update correct: Baltusrol Golf Course, part of Baltusrol Golf Club in Northern New Jersey, has a rich golf history dating back to 1895. The current Lower and Upper Courses were designed between 1918 and 1922 by A.W. Tillinghast as the so-called ‘Dual Courses.’ Together, they form a classic, tournament-ready setting that has been carefully preserved and adapted for modern tournament play, with a strong tradition of walking and caddies. Baltusrol is also known as the venue for major championships. Throughout its history, the club has hosted 18 major championships, including seven U.S. Opens, two U.S. Women’s Opens, and two PGA Championships, plus the Women’s PGA Championship in 2023. The practice facilities also match the high standard of the course.?
