Sandhill Rd, Ballybunion, Co. Kerry, V31 RX37, Ierland
Ballybunion Golf Club on the north-west coast of County Kerry is one of Ireland’s great links destinations, set in a sweeping dune landscape overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. The club offers two strong links courses: the celebrated Old Course and the Trent Jones Cashen Course. The Old Course, a par 71, has a majestic feel and delivers a classic links test shaped by the natural terrain. Nearby, the Cashen Course, designed by Robert Trent Jones and a par 72, plays wilder and more demanding, with higher dunes, deeper valleys and undulating ground that adds to every shot. Founded in 1893, Ballybunion has a long seaside tradition, and the landscape is central to the experience on both courses. Practice facilities include a driving range, a chipping green with bunkers and multiple putting greens.
