Arrowhead Golf Course is a 27-hole course by Arrowhead Golf Club, designed by Ken Killian and later redesigned by Greg Martin. It features three nine-hole courses that combine into three different par-72 18-hole layouts. With carefully mowed bentgrass tees, greens, and fairways, you play in a natural forest preserve setting with no houses in sight. Water comes into play on 17 of the 27 holes, and 77 bunkers give the course a clear strategic character. The practice facilities complement this with a lighted driving range with 28 hitting bays, a putting green, a chipping green, and bunkers. Since opening in 1926, Arrowhead has maintained a cozy private club atmosphere. The course is also known for its environmentally conscious approach as a Certified Audubon Cooperative Sanctuary.
