About this course:
Monkstown Golf Club is an 18-hole parkland course overlooking Cork Harbour, established in 1908 and extended to 18 holes in 1972. Mature and well set in Munster, it offers a round that combines fine views from the front nine with a testing run home for strong ball-strikers.
The closing holes are among the most demanding, with the 17th playing 392m, par 4, index 1, and the 18th at 377m, par 4, index 7. Monkstown also has a strong tournament pedigree, having hosted the 115th Irish PGA Championship in August 2025. Putting greens and a practice area beside the 1st tee add to a welcoming clubhouse setting.
