Killeen Castle Golf is a Jack Nicklaus Signature course in Ireland, set within a historic estate landscape about 30 minutes from Dublin. Opened in 2008, this 18-hole parkland layout stretches to more than 7,700 yards from the back tees, with teeing options that allow the course to be adjusted for different players and changing weather conditions. Extensive drainage work also helps keep it playable year-round. Mature trees, small ponds and strategically placed bunkering shape a course that rewards thoughtful play, with risk-and-reward moments around targets framed by Shamrock bunkers and water-lined approaches. Killeen Castle has hosted major events including the 2011 Solheim Cup and the Ladies Irish Open from 2010 to 2012, and its practice facilities include a driving range, short-game area and putting greens for both preparation and warm-up.
