About this course:
Grange-over-Sands Golf Club is a classic 18-hole course designed by Dr Alister MacKenzie and first established in the 1920s. Set in the Lake District, it measures 6,044 yards from the white tees and plays to par 70. The level fairways can help newer golfers find their rhythm, while the dog-legs, all-year-round greens and natural features still provide a thorough test for lower handicappers.
Visitors are welcome, and the course’s generally level layout adds to its appeal for a wide range of players. Over the years, it has also been improved with new greens and a modern drainage system, helping to keep the course in fine condition throughout the year.
