About this course:
Ashton-in-Makerfield Golf Club offers a classic parkland course with mature trees, narrow fairways, and small greens. The 20-hole course, playable as 18 holes, has a par of 70 and demands precision and control, especially with challenging hazards on the first five holes. Established in 1902 and relocated to Garswood Park in 1965, the club features a traditional atmosphere with a welcoming clubhouse, pro shop, and teaching facilities.
