About this course:
Swinley Forest Golf Club, designed by Harry Colt, is set in a secluded heath and woodland landscape between Sunningdale and Ascot. The 18-hole course has a par of 69 and winds through heather, pine forests, and azalea and rhododendron plantings. From the back tees, the course plays at 6,431 yards, seemingly long, while the undulating greens demand precision and good touch. The club has been a private members' club for over a century, founded on Colt's vision and the involvement of the 17th Earl of Derby. Swinley Forest has the atmosphere of a classic, challenging championship course, with an intimate and focused character.
