Rioja Alta Golf Club is set in La Rioja, among ancient oaks, vineyards, and farmland. This 18-hole par 72 course offers a varied round balancing calm and challenge. The course starts technically demanding up to hole 7, then offers chances to recover strokes. After the “cuesta,” play becomes clearer before holes 14 onward get tougher with strategic water hazards, bunkers, and challenging greens. Rioja Alta also features a golf academy for all levels, a driving range, short-game area, and putting green, plus a restaurant with catering, making it a complete golf destination in a distinctive setting.
