Llanymynech Golf Course cover

About this course:

Llanymynech Golf Course, Ian Woosnam's original golf house, dates from 1933 and lies uniquely on the Wales-England border. The round is distinctive as you start hole 4 in Wales, play holes 5 and 6 in England, then return to Wales at hole 7 tee. The course demands length and precision, with technical approaches and smooth greens, while panoramic views add an extra dimension. The atmosphere is lively and social, thanks to its members-owned nature and competition calendar. After play, the clubhouse is the heart of the experience, with bar and catering open Tuesday to Sunday in winter.
