About this course:
Isla Canela Links is an 18-hole, par-72 links-style golf course in southern Spain, set in a protected natural landscape along the left bank of the Guadiana River. Recently redesigned and stretching more than 6,600 metres, it combines open, windswept golf with views towards the river mouth and the Portuguese Algarve. The course is largely flat and easy to walk, but it still demands accuracy, with large bunkers and undulating greens shaping every round.
Its character lies in the contrast between more accessible holes and stretches that call for careful, strategic play. The clubhouse offers a restaurant, cafeteria, terraces, a golf shop and storage facilities, while practice areas include a driving range with more than 15 artificial-turf bays, a putting green and a short game area. Isla Canela Links also hosts lessons and academy sessions for adults and children, and has featured on the Alps Tour and the DP World Tour Q-School Stage 2.
