About this course:
Golfclub De Compagnie is a striking 18-hole course on the edge of Veendam, set across more than 90 hectares of nature in the heart of Groningen. Designed in two phases by golf architect Gerard Jol, the first nine holes opened in 1990 as a woodland course, followed by a more open back nine completed in 2006.
Strategic water features, notable elevation changes, and large, undulating greens guarded by several bunkers make for a thoughtful round that rewards good course management. The club also offers a driving range, putting and chipping greens, and a Par 3 course. With its quiet, spacious setting and a Ryder Cup event among the highlights, Golfclub De Compagnie offers a distinctive golfing experience.
