About this course:
Golfbaan Flevoland is a demanding 12-hole course and the home base of Golfclub Flevoland, set in Lelystad directly behind the IJsselmeerdijk, around 3.5 metres below sea level. The layout stretches between the dike of Oostelijk Flevoland and the Zuigerplasbos, giving the round a clear and distinctive setting. Golfers can expect firm, well-kept fairways and fast, but above all honest, greens. The course also offers variety through qualifying rounds of 9 or 18 holes, alongside the full round over 12 different holes.
Founded in March 1979, Golfclub Flevoland was the first golf club in Flevoland. After a closure in 2020, the course reopened in phases, with 12 holes available again from January 2024. Practice facilities are being developed, and the club operates with a small clubhouse on site.
