About this course:
Clwb Golff Porthmadog is a classic 18-hole links course designed by James Braid in 1905. The front nine are mainly on heathland, the back nine true links. Golfers enjoy wide views over Cardigan Bay and Snowdonia. The course blends tradition with challenge, featuring Braid elements like par 3s in various directions and bunkers by Samson’s Bay. Facilities include two practice areas, a practice net, and a putting green. The clubhouse welcomes players after rounds. The club has a rich tournament history, hosting Welsh Ladies, Girls, Boys, Professional Championships, county championships, and Major Pro Ams.
