About this course:
Club Golf d’Aro – Mas Nou is a scenic hillside course on the Costa Brava, created in 1990 by architect Ramón Espinosa. Set about 350 metres above sea level, it combines a demanding, strategic layout with natural mountain cliffs and wide views over the sea, the Gavarres, the Pyrenees and Montseny. Two large artificial lakes, doglegs and other hazards add to the challenge and to the setting’s character.
The club has also hosted notable events including the Open Martini in 1990, the Open Catalonia in 1992 and the Catalonia Ladies Masters in 2006. Practice facilities include a driving range with covered and uncovered tees, a 9-hole pitch & putt, and a Golf Academy with international PGA professionals.
