About this course:
Club de Golf Santa Marina is an 18-hole course designed under the direction of Severiano Ballesteros and inaugurated in 2001. Set within the Parque Natural de Oyambre, it blends into a striking natural landscape of native woodland and streams, creating a round that feels both scenic and demanding.
The front nine calls for strategy and precision, with arroyos and water hazards shaping a more controlled start, while the flatter layout gradually gives way to a freer, more expansive back nine that rewards longer hitting. Holes 4, 5 and 6 form the course’s defining challenge, often compared to the famous Amen Corner. The club also offers a full driving practice area and a short-game zone with a putting green, chipping green and bunkers, all centered around a historic clubhouse complex.
