About this course:
Chestfield Golf Club is an 18-hole downland course set between the Forest of Blean and the coast. The course offers views of the sea, Isle of Sheppey, Thames estuary, and Southend-on-Sea. Designed in 1923 with input from James Braid and Abe Mitchell, it opened in 1924. With a par 70 and varied course and slope ratings per tee, Chestfield provides a challenging yet accessible round. The charmingly restored 15th-century clubhouse offers a warm, historic base. Facilities include coaching, a golf academy, an indoor simulator, and outdoor practice areas for focused training beyond the round.
