Wetherington Golf & Country Club, founded in 1991, opened in 1992, is set in rolling farmland and woodland. Designed by Arthur Hills and developed by Great Traditions, it features five serene lakes, deep ravines, and wooded hills, creating a traditional, tranquil course. The natural surroundings play a key role, giving the course a classic feel. Beyond the course, Wetherington exudes a close-knit country club atmosphere. The original Lodge is near swim and tennis facilities, and in 1994 a main clubhouse was added with locker rooms, pro shop, dining and banquet rooms, plus an outdoor restaurant. Together, course and clubhouse offer an attractive setting for golfers valuing character, ambiance, and a well-maintained club environment.
