Thunderhart Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 72 course in upstate New York's Great Northern Catskills. The front 9, designed by Francis Duane in 1969, offers wide views of the Northern Catskill Mountains, while William Gressick's 2000 back 9 winds through Thunderhart's forest in parkland style. This creates a varied round with winding fairways, elevated greens, 11 ponds, and 23 sand traps. Around the course are good practice facilities including a putting green by the Pro Shop and a driving range over 250 yards. In winter, indoor golf is available via a simulator. The site also features a hotel with 16 rooms, a lounge, and an outdoor pool.
