Thorntree Golf Club is an 18-hole course built in 1983 by the Richard Mai Family. Known as one of the most challenging in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, it features tight fairways and beautiful Champions Bermuda greens inviting precise play. In its early years, it hosted Byron Nelson qualifying for five years, alongside PGA Tour stage and Texas State Open sectional qualifying. The grounds offer spacious open areas for a relaxed setting. The clubhouse overlooks the course and provides member dining and a bar, plus private rooms for gatherings up to 160 guests. Practice facilities include a putting green and driving range for focused preparation.
