The Mendip Golf Club is an 18-hole par 71 course in the Mendips, set on a north-facing slope nearly 1,000 feet high. It plays 6,383 yards from the white tees over springy downland turf with a strongly undulating character. The landscape demands thoughtful shots, making each round varied and challenging, while multiple tee sets keep it accessible for golfers of all levels. Established in 1895, the course began as a 9-hole par 36 in 1908 and later expanded to 18 holes. In a peaceful setting with wide views, the club offers a clubhouse with a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, plus a driving range and golf academy for training and improvement.
