Tequesta Country Club is a private golf club in Tequesta, Florida, on a peninsula surrounded by the Loxahatchee River's north and northwest arms. Designed by Dick Wilson, it reflects an authentic old Florida course with unique holes. Elevated greens, contoured fairways, and doglegs on most par-4 and par-5 holes demand precise choices and focused play. The course sits on natural white sand with good drainage, framed by rare banyans and native Florida palms, oaks, and pines. In 2013, Tom Fazio II restored and renovated the club, returning the natural sand and original feel while preserving Wilson's character.
