Golf Road, DD6 9DZ Tayport
Scotscraig Golf Club is a traditional Scottish links course, founded in 1817 by members of The Society of St Andrews Golfers. The course has a rich golf history and was originally laid out by Davie Robertson, later refined by Old Tom Morris and James Braid. Scotscraig's character combines links and heathland elements, offering a fair but demanding test in firm and fast conditions, emphasizing precision and good course management. The club also has a strong tournament tradition: Scotscraig was an Open Qualifying venue six times and the Gold Medal was played there as early as 1818. This history adds significance to the course and makes a round here special for golfers seeking a classic Scottish golf experience.
