Santana Golf and Country Club

Santana Golf and Country Club is an 18-hole, par-72 course designed by Cabell B. Robinson, set in a former avocado plantation across roughly 138 acres of parkland. The layout combines wide, clearly defined fairways with mostly level terrain, while water comes into play throughout the round. Mature trees including avocado, eucalyptus, orange, lemon and olive create a rich, established setting, and indigenous birds add to the atmosphere. Strategically placed bunkers, made with sand from crushed marble, and undulating greens give the course a testing, technical character that still suits a wide range of golfers. Each hole offers two championship tees and two general play tees, while memorable features include the demanding finishing 18th, the views and approach at the 4th, and the long 8th, which stretches to more than 600 metres.
