About this course:

Real Club Valderrama is a championship golf course in Sotogrande, Spain, designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr and rooted in a club history that dates back to 1974, when it was known as Las Aves Valderrama. Long regarded as one of Europe’s great tournament venues, it has hosted the Ryder Cup in 1997, the Volvo Masters 16 times between 1988 and 2008, and the World Golf Championships–American Express Championship in 1999 and 2000. More recently, it has also staged the Andalucía Valderrama Masters and LIV Golf Andalucía. The classic Spanish-style clubhouse adds to the experience with a restaurant, lounges and terraces overlooking the course, along with visitor locker rooms for men and ladies. Real Club Valderrama combines tradition, precision and a strong competitive pedigree in a setting that is closely tied to elite golf.
