Quarry Oaks Golf Course is an 18-hole, par 72 course designed by John LaFoy. Located near Ashland, Nebraska, on the west banks of the Platte River Valley, it spans dramatic terrain of a former limestone quarry. Natural valleys, ridges, and distinct elevation changes give each round variety, while several holes offer wide views toward the Platte River for added experience. Bur Oak trees shape the landscape, giving the course a recognizable character. Renovations have modernized Quarry Oaks with wider fairways and landing areas, improved greens and tee boxes, and new tour-quality sand bunkers. Halfway houses are available, and the clubhouse offers a refreshed setting overlooking hole 18, with a restaurant, fire pits, and shaded seating.
