Oporto Golf Club, founded in 1890 in Porto, is one of continental Europe's oldest clubs. Originally a 9-hole links course with par 43, it expanded to 18 holes in 1934. Now par 71, it features classic links characteristics. Designers like Mackenzie Ross and Frank Pennink influenced its development. Facilities include a driving range, clubhouse, and a 6-hole Pitch and Putt by Jorge Santana da Silva. The club hosts tournaments such as PGA Portugal, Pro-Am PGA Portugal, Skeffington Cup, and Ellen Kendall Cup.
