Moyola Park

Moyola Park Golf Club is an 18-hole course near Castledawson, designed by Don Patterson with Sam Allen as consultant. Set in the natural Shanemullagh estate landscape, it features water hazards and play elements adding character, including the river at holes 8 and 17, a stream by the 8th fairway, and an island for a varied challenge. Opened in 1977, the Georgian-style ShaneMullagh clubhouse surrounded by gardens adds charm. Seve Ballesteros played an exhibition and clinic in 1980; the first Pro-Am was in 1979. PGA Golf Coaching is also available.
