Brass Castle Lane, TS8 9EE Middlesbrough

Middlesbrough Golf Club cover

About this course:

Middlesbrough Golf Club (Brass Castle) is a classic 18-hole parkland course founded in 1908, set in the countryside just south of Middlesbrough. Designed by James Braid, it makes excellent use of natural ravines and undulating ground, with views of the Cleveland Hills adding to the experience. The course offers a demanding but rewarding round, with tree-lined corridors, sloping putting surfaces, ditches and well-protected greens creating a genuine test for golfers of all handicaps. Practice facilities are well provided for, with a large practice area, a driving range, and putting and chipping greens. The clubhouse offers a welcoming place to relax before or after play, while the club’s PGA Professionals support visiting golfers and organised group days.
