Mickleover Golf Course is a parkland course in Derbyshire's rolling landscape, on Derby's edge in the East Midlands. The 18-hole course is par 69 and 5,621 yards long. It emphasizes precision off the tee, sharp short game, and reading small greens, making it challenging yet appealing to various skill levels. Founded in 1923, it expanded from nine to 18 holes. Redesigned by Cotton, Pennick, Lawrie and Partners, it reopened in 1973. Mickleover hosted events like the 2011 Midlands Boys Amateur, 2016 Midland Open Amateur, and 2017 R&A LGU Coronation Foursomes.
