McNary Golf Club is set on 150 acres of natural landscape with meadows, lakes, and well-maintained fairways and greens. Surrounded by oaks, firs, walnuts, redwoods, and pines, water hazards influence play on several holes. A pond at the 11th and Claggett Creek, crossing four holes, add variety and strategy. Known for excellent drainage, McNary is one of the best winter courses in the Northwest. The signature 18th hole is a 567-yard par 5 flanked by trees left and a lake right, with a large green sloping toward a moat-like bend of Claggett Creek. McNary is also a popular venue for private tournaments in western Oregon.
