Palmer’s Draw 1, 31411 Savannah
Marshwood was The Landings' first golf course, opened in July 1974. Originally designed by Arnold Palmer and Frank Duane, it was extensively redesigned in 2003 by architect Tim Liddy. Greens, tees, and bunkers were rebuilt, drainage and irrigation updated, and new concrete cart paths added. This 18-hole, par 72, 6,904-yard course is known for tight fairways among oaks and pines on Skidaway Island. Views over Romerly Marsh add character, with the 12th hole considered the most scenic at The Landings. The course is set within a private club, emphasizing playability and natural surroundings.
